Welcome, Mrs. Jackson!
Greetings, Bulldogs! I am excited to be your new Parent Liaison. My professional journey started in Pittsburgh, teaching, and took me to Orlando where I earned my Master's in Education degree in School Counseling while teaching and moonlighting as a server at Walt Disney World. Then, I met my husband (your highly talented choral director Daniel) while working as a high school counselor, coaching track, and continuing to serve at Disney. After becoming a mama, I retired to do my favorite job full time. And I have thoroughly enjoyed being a homemaker and blessed mother of two girls.
Three years ago I started a professional organizing business which I continue to do part-time. My girls are 4 and 7, so I help them with school as well as teach them extra things like sign language, cooking, and cultural studies. I enjoy ballet barre workouts and gardening/yard work. In my "spare time" I enjoy coffee in the morning...and relaxing with my husband at the end of the day! Those are about the only times that I sit down without working on something. When we have time together, we love to travel, bike ride, visit with family, play games, and watch movies. Life in the Jackson house is busy, but full of fun and love.
