All water bills are sent to RMO corporate and billed back to you, our residents. This process has been implemented since Fall of 2015 and we are still in the process of transitioning homes and water bills so don't be surprised if your water bill stops showing up in your mail and starts showing up on your tenant ledger. We want to make sure all bills are being monitored in case of leaks or maintenance items so if you have any running toilets or leaks, contact us so we can make sure they're repaired!
