Bread
Bread supplies a significant portion of nutrients required for growth. Bread is a excellent source of Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals, Fiber, and Carbohydrates.
Rice
Rice is about 90% carbohydrates, 8% protein, and 2% fat. Rice comes in two different varieties short grain and long grain. Brown rice doesn't contain as much starch but it takes twice as long to cook. Brown rice is chewier and heartier than white rice.
Cereal
The seed or kernel consists of bran and the endosperm. A protective outer layer of the cereal grain contains antioxidants, B vitamins, and fiber.
