Welcome to Segment Two! January 2022 Edition

Hello, High School Ninjas!


Welcome back! We are thrilled you are back with us at Pasco eSchool.

Did you know it is five months until graduation? If you are on pace you can graduate on time.


We have many exciting events for you this semester. We have a fabulous Drama Club and a new Bible Study Club you can join (see club list below). Please check out the dates for the Pasco eSchool Gaming Club. You do not want to miss out on the fun!


Are you an artist? Do you sing or act? Do you know a lot about a specific topic? Do you play the ukelele? We will have our First Annual Pasco eSchool Talent Show soon! All high school students can participate! More details to follow.


Look below to sign up for our second Pasco eSchool picture day. Come to Crews Lake Middle School on Jan 13. We have the BEST yearbook this year. You will not want to miss being in our state-of-the-art yearbook.


You will need to start your segment two this week. You are lucky because you can work as fast as you wish at Pasco eSchool! Keep working and call your teacher or counselor if you have any questions.

As a reminder, students in high school must complete all courses and receive grades to graduate. In eSchool, we require students to complete all assignments. DBAs are mandatory and must be passed to pass the class-No Exceptions! Please do not skip the DBAs.

National Honor Society Application Coming This Month

The parents of students who have a 3.2 GPA or above received an invitation for their child to apply for the National Honor Society before the winter break. Make sure to fill out the form TODAY.


Students will need to demonstrate how they meet the five pillars:

1. Scholarship

2. Service

3. Leadership

4. Character

5. Citizenship

Pasco eSchool hosts a variety of clubs and social events. You can sign up for your clubs in NOW! Please come and meet some new friends! Studies show that joining a student club is beneficial both personally and professionally. Join a club by filling out this application-click here!

Florida Required Instruction

The State Board of Education works with Florida school districts to develop and monitor plans to provide required instruction through section 1003.42 (2)(n), Florida Statutes. More information about the topics included, as well as Pasco County Schools plan for implementation, please visit our district's website. A table listing topics, as well as grade levels required to have each topic presented, is attached below.


These topics are embedded into some subjects and courses, and others will be presented through homeroom announcements, special activities, and standalone modules.
