Bromley East Charter School

March 12, 2021

BECS Families:

Next week is Parent/Teacher Conferences at Bromley East. As like in the fall, conferences will be held virtually. Please reach out to your student’s teacher(s) if you have any questions.

Also included in this newsletter is information regarding CMAS testing. There are still some changes that may be made in the testing process this year depending on decisions at the state level. BECS will continue to communicate with parents regarding any changes.

Do not forget to SPRING FORWARD this weekend for Daylight Savings!

Take care,

BECS Administration

Potential Snow Day Plan

If Monday, March 15 is a snow day due to the impending snow storm, Monday will be a non-instructional day for students and staff and attendance will not be taken. However, teachers will be providing learning opportunities on SeeSaw or Google Classroom in which students may choose to engage while they are home; however, no live instruction will be provided. Should a second snow day occur on Tuesday, March 16th, this will be a virtual school day in which students will attend live sessions and attendance will be taken. Teachers will communicate a schedule to students and families.

BECS Board Seeking New Directors

Last day to apply! We have always been fortunate to have great parents who have helped steer the direction of the school with our children in mind. The BECS Board of Directors is seeking to fill new seats and would love your input. With great Executive Directors Dr. Fiedler and Mrs. Webber running our operations, the responsibilities of the Board are less than in years past and we now focus on the big picture and end goals for BECS. We welcome new ideas and individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to ensure BECS remains a preeminent charter school in Colorado. Please review the documents below and feel free to reach out to BECS Board of Directors at to learn more.
