Progress Track Logs Past 30 Days

This tile is a pie chart that answers the question of what percent of students haven’t had progress monitoring data collected and entered in the system in the last 30 days. It is configured to display data for the user’s entire School(s).

*This tile is available for all staff with access.

Objective Data Logged by School

This tile displays a pie chart for each individual school showing the number of students with and without Progress Track data sessions logged by school. It will include all students with a currently valid IEP/ARD. The number of students in Green reflect the students with at least one progress monitoring data session entered. The students in Red reflect the students with no progress monitoring data sessions entered.

Objective Data Monthly Volume

This tile shows the number of Progress Track data sessions entered by month compared over the last two school years. It looks at the date the log was entered when determining what month to plot each data session towards.

*This tile is only available for central staff.

RESOLVING GOALS and OBJECTIVES ERROR MESSAGES

Include numbers only when filling out the baseline and achievement scores for Goals and Objectives.

GoalDetails-5 and ObjectiveDetails-9 Errors

Directions for removing error messages GoalDetails-5 and ObjectiveDetails-9 “…you have not entered the ending score/point…”. These error fires even when the achievement number can be seen in the field. This issue has been submitted to the vendor.


Staff will complete these steps for all goals and objectives with GoalDetails-5 and ObjectiveDetails-9 error messages. Do this before attempting to update the goal/objective dates.

1. delete the student will achieve number (see arrow)

2. select update

3. put the achieved number back

4. select update
