When I was younger, I was in dance class. We would stretch before and after,but now that I have stopped dance class I don't stretch as much as I use to. Because of this I have noticed that my bones and joints are often in pain, so I have decided to start stretching in the mornings as soon as I wake up. since this my body isn't in much pain any more.
