Boy Overboard

Their Journey
Jamal, Bibi and their parents had to flee Afghanistan in a taxi because the government found out that their mother was running an illegal school for the kids in their village.
They were forced to sell Jamal's dads taxi once it had been changed, which gave them the money to be able to ride in the back of a truck under rak sacks to the UN Refugee Camp.
They then had to sell their precious candlestick heirloom so they were able to give some more money to the police at the Refugee Camp. Which they got them a ticket onto a plane to the dock when they were then met by some boats with smugglers on-board.
Only to be saved by the Australian Army when one boat was abandoned when the smugglers jumped on a boat driven by pirates.
But for the other boat it ended up sinking.
The boat with Jamal, Bibi and their friends was stopped by a Navy boat just before sinking where once on board the people were given bedding, food and water.
They were then taken to Christmas Island of which they thought was Australia where they were awaiting for the other boat to be found.
