Not attending Bell-Graham next year?

If your child will not be attending Bell-Graham for the 2021-22 school year, please notify us by completing and returning a release of student records form to the office as soon as possible. This also gives us permission to share records with your child’s new school when they request them. Thank you.

PTO News

END OF YEAR CELEBRATIONS

The end of school is already near!!! The PTO would like to remind all families to please read any email coming home from your head room parent. There is important information regarding any classroom end of year celebrations including ways to get involved. The PTO is contributing financial for each grade level's celebrations this year as a congratulations to a year well-done! It was such a different school year for all and we would like each student to enjoy a great end-of-year classroom party. Good job students and families!!!


SUMMER READING PROGRAM

One School One Book Summer Reading is here again! We will continue with the book The Mouse and The Motorcycle by Beverly Cleary. If your family does not already have a copy you will be receiving one. Enjoy reading over the summer and be ready for some fun activities in August. Happy Reading!


COMMITTEE CHAIRS

The PTO is still looking for committee chairs to help with some very important areas for next year, 2021/2022. Please, consider lending a hand to help create fun memories for our kids and raise money for Bell Graham! Volunteering is also a great way to meet more parents at BG & get involved!

School Tool Box for 2021-22

Complete 2021-22 Returning Student Registration by 6/1!

Attention 5th Graders! Join 6th Grade Band at Thompson!

6th Grade Band is open to ALL incoming 6th Graders for the 2021-22 school year! This year 5th graders were not allowed to play wind instruments, but things are back to normal for next year! Students can choose from flute, oboe, clarinet, alto sax, french horn, trumpet, trombone, baritone, tuba or percussion. And don't worry -- ALL 6th graders will be at the beginner level on their wind instruments -- you will not be behind!

From the Nurse - DON'T FORGET!

All 6th graders will need up to date physical and immunizations on file before the first day of school next year. They will also need a recent dental exam by May 15, 2022. You can fax the forms to Thompson Middle School 331-228-3101.


Bell Graham Students: For Next Year!

This is what is needed for your child's health record to be up-to-date at the Elementary Level:


  • K-Physical, Immunization, Dental and Vision (by first day of school)
  • 2nd- Dental (by May)
  • 3rd- Updated Health Survey (First Day of School)
  • If you have any Questions please call the Health Office 331-228-2104


If you have any supplies or medications that need to be picked up in the health office please call or email the Nurse @ 331-228-2104 or leeanna.anzaldi@d303.org to set up a time to come and get it.

In-Person & Remote Attendance Line

Absences should be called in by 7:45 AM if your child will be absent for any portion of the day. The number is 331-228-2100 and has voicemail. You can call during the evening or overnight and leave a message. Please leave your child’s name, their teachers name and the reason why your child is out. If they are ill, please indicate their symptoms.
