ICCS Mission Statement:
The ICCS faculty and staff would like to thank all of you for showering us with so many wonderful gifts at Christmas time. From the abundance of sweets and delicious food that magically appeared each day in the faculty lounge, to the smiling students who excitedly presented us with special gifts, we are grateful. Many, many thanks to you! We will be keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers this Holiday Season.
ADVENT PRAYER
Week 3, Joy: Dear Jesus, help us focus on you during this busy season. May we stay aware of the joy you bring into our lives. We want to find you in the everyday moments and come with hearts of gratitude to your manger on Christmas. Amen.

LOST AND FOUND OVERFLOWING
The Lost and Found shelf located near the front entrance of the school is overflowing with misplaced jackets, cardigans, jumpers, skirts, shirts, pants, belts, lunch boxes, shoes, books and other personal items. Teachers and staff members collect the left behind items in hallways, on the playground and in other areas of our campus on a daily basis. Parents and students are asked to stop by the Lost and Found shelf tomorrow to collect all misplaced belongings. Unclaimed items will be donated to the Used Uniform Sale in January.
Parents, please take time to remind your students to keep up with their ICCS outerwear, uniforms, lunch boxes, books and other items every day. With an influx of prospective families touring our school during this time of year, it is important to keep our campus tidy and clutter-free at all times.
PBL HELPS STUDENTS REFLECT THIS ADVENT SEASON
Mrs. Brown and Ms. Ebersole's 2nd Grade students have been learning about the Nativity and exploring ways to act justly, love with mercy and walk humbly with God during the season of Advent. Each day, the 2nd Graders presented a Nativity Stone Story piece to all students during morning announcements and placed it in the manger located in the front lobby. They invited students of all ages and teachers to reflect on what they could do to prepare their hearts for Jesus' birth and post personal thoughts and ideas near the display. Great job students! Thank you for helping us prepare our hearts for Jesus' birth.
