All About Cain
Cain was born on April 13, 1986 in Valdosta, Georgia. His childhood was a little rough. His dad died when he was only four years old. His mother Patricia raised both Cain and his brother on her own. During his childhood he played basketball. That was his sport. Then when he tried out he did not make the team so he decided to try baseball and I bet he's glad he did! He did not start playing baseball until his sophomore year in Florida's Madison County High School.
A man athlete should consume 23 calories per pound of how much they weigh. For example Cain is 205 lbs. so he would need to consume at least 4,715 calories per day. Athletes should consume 0.64 to 0.91 grams of protein per pound of their body weight each day. The percentage for carbs is 2.2 to 4.5 grams of carbs per pound of body weight daily.

My nutritious meal will consist of:
Chicken breast for protein
Whole grain pasta for carbs
Banana for potassium
Broccoli and asparagus for green vegetables
Goat cheese for dairy/protein
A glass of milk for dairy
