The event supports the statewide and local initiatives of Brain Building in Progress, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), School Readiness, Early Literacy, Social Emotional Learning, Cultural Diversity, and Racial Equity. Meet the City of Framingham's Mayor Yvonne Spicer and Dr. Robert Tremblay, Superintendent of the Framingham Public Schools, along with other key Framingham leaders who understand when we invest early in education the return is great!. Join us to honor the most valuable asset of our community --- families and their young children, the future leaders!
ABOUT THE VIRTUAL HOME
The Early Childhood Alliance of Framingham (ECAF) has created virtual Play, Learn, and Grow Together programs for you to enjoy at home. Each week we focus on a theme and create a Play, Learn, and Grow Together (PLGT) experience over the course of 2 - 3 videos or Live through the Zoom platform. In addition, we share other familiar programs that will include: PJ Family Story Hour. Let's Go to Kindergarten, Baby Talk, Parent Chat, and more. We hope these videos and Live Zoom PLGT group series provide your family with ways to come together through literacy.
We also share other links to programs, resources, and tips to help you navigate your daily routine. You can access the videos and resources in the following places:
