A little about me....
I am thrilled to facilitate this course for you and I look forward to working with you! I began to teach online for Butler Community College the Spring Semester of 2004 and absolutely love the online learning environment.
I share my blessed life with my husband Chuck and my two daughters. My husband and I moved to Kansas when we were both active duty Air Force in 1994 and have settled in quite nicely. We share our 10 acres with quite a menagerie that includes horses, dogs, cats, ducks, geese, and chickens. I love being outside working with my horses or doing yard work and gardening. I have always said I would much rather be in the barn mucking out stalls then in the house cleaning!!
I recently retired from the Air Force Reserves after having served for 24 years (both active duty and reserve). My experience in the Air Force was as a training manager for the most part, but I also served two tours as a First Sergeant.
Don't hesitate to contact me via Canvas message any time if you have any questions. I look forward to getting to know you better and helping you in any way I can to make your courses successful and engaging for our students.
