Central Vermont Community Care Project
Do you have free time this weekend? Are you looking for another way to give back to your community? Maybe, a way to get your kids involved with helping other families?
In honor of Martin Luther King, Jr, who lived a life of service, we wanted to provide an opportunity for people to give back. We have a list of families, mostly local foster families, that we would like to provide a meal for. These families work tirelessly to provide safe, healthy, happy homes to children who need it and this is a small way for us to lend a hand. So, on your own or with your kids or with friends, you make a meal (one main dish in a disposable pan plus a side, such as bread). We will be collecting the meals on Monday, 1/20/2020 from 10:45-11:45 at the David Gale Rec Center in Stowe and providing coffee, tea and muffins. Meals will be delivered on Monday and we are looking for drivers to deliver as well. Easy, right?

Quick recap: You make a meal for a local foster family. We ask that you make one main dish in a disposable tray and possibly a side too (bread or something like that). Deliver the meal on MLK day (Monday, 1/20/2020) between 10:45-11:45 at the David Gale Rec Center in Stowe. If you can't make it during those hours, contact us and we can make arrangements. Stay for coffee and a muffin and enjoy the company of other givers! Or, if you can’t cook, you can help deliver the meals and still come for coffee.
And if you have any questions, please reach out to Cara McLaughlin (cara.mclaughlin@hotmail.com) or Wendy McCreight (wendy.mccreight@gmail.com).
Thank you for considering!

Unbound After School Program
People's Academy is extending their Unbound After School program to Bishop Marshall School students in grades 5-8 and who reside in Morrisville/Morristown.
See the Winter/Spring 2020 program below along with the registration form.
Club fees are due with registration. These fees are determined based on instruction, materials and are a one time payment for the full semester to help support the program as a whole. Unbound uses a sliding scale to determine individual cost. If families qualify for free or reduced lunch they receive free or reduced tuition.
