Staff Updates
- Friday, when we leave the building, we can not re-enter until Saturday due to the cleaners the janitors will be setting off in the building to help with the germs!
I have calculated our beginning of year data for reading. We have 62% of all kids reading on grade level at this time!!! Keep working hard and thinking outside the box to give our students the help and support they need.
Please go to the Moberly Website and sign up for Spartan Alerts if you haven't done so already. This will keep you up to date on what's happening at our school and will alert you if there are any early dismissals or school cancellations. It is located under the Parents Tab on the website.
I have calculated staff attendance and we have had 74% of staff here at least 95% of the time. Our goal is to have at least 90% of staff here at least 95% of the time so please make sure you are making it a priority to be here for our kids. Prizes will be coming around soon to those that have helped make our goal! :)

Lunch Room Expectations/Prizes
- Each day the whole class keeps their clips, they get another crayon(or whatever that months theme is) in their class spot. At the end of the month, whoever has the most crayons in each grade level will get a treat at lunch. Last year it was cookies. At the beginning of a new month, we will start over. We have not done that just yet since August is such a short month. We will start over next Monday.
- Daily, students are working to earn a crayon for their class. They do this by everyone keeping their clip during lunch. If someone loses their clip, then everyone in their class will receive a bucket filler for being responsible except the friend that lost their clip.
Students are working toward earning a reward on Friday. The class has to keep their clips Monday-Thursday. On Thursday before their teacher picks them up, they vote on the 5 options as a class. What they vote on, I will tell their teacher. If the teacher says not that week, then they will pick another option.
