To ensure I have the very best health I can everyday, I will start off my day by thinking positively and thinking about myself only in good ways. By doing this my subconscious mind will only allow good things to happen to me. Another thing I could do is deal with stress, frustration, and anger in a good way and not let it bottle up.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in the future. But, I will react to that "pain" by using it to change things, and see things differently. I will not expect things, I will not take them for granted once they are given to me. What I will gain from that "pain" is change so that I don't experience that same "pain" again in the future. Pain will have a long-term positive effect on me by allowing me to avoid things that might effect me later on in life.
