Our 5/6 Grade Trip To Washington D.C.
The 5th and 6th grade D.C. trip was the best field trip that I've ever had. The trip was so much fun but it was also educational. I learned so much from it and will never forget it.
I learned about things that I never would have learned before.
Marine Corps Museum!
The building is shaped like the Iwo Jima. It is not really exact but it is a similar shape.
Abraham Lincolns Hat
His hat looks like it is wood but it is really what a hat is normally made of!
The Air Force Memorial
THis memorial is more than 17, 000 feet tall!!!
Mr.Lincon At His Memorial
Did you know that he is 16 feet sitting and 19 feet standing!? Pretty tall right?!
Martin Luther Jr. Still Stands For Freedom
In his hand is his speech of freedom. He said this speech on August 28, 1963.
The Iwo Jima
This is the memorial to thank the people whom lost there live in the battle of Iwo Jima
The National Cathedral
This is the most amazing place that you will ever go to in you life time. I have never been anywhere better. It is the place that you would want to be any day of the week!
The Mt. Vernon That George Washington Himself Lived In
This was a place that had much expression in only the walls and the ceiling and the lining all around the room. Each room had a different theme. It was amazing.
This is a piece of the Berlin Wall
This is a picture of the Berlin Wall that was preserved in a museum.
