From the royal highness of King George III and his representatives of Great Britain, a new act is being put in place; this act shall render more effective in payments to the High Majesty of Great Britain and to protect and serve all the subjects of Great Britain.
This act shall decrees that the new price each pound of sugar or molasses is pence of six. The payments will be put forth for protection of the new worlds' citizens, and given to thy royal highness.
