ROYAL REVIEW (03.03.2022)

To be Christ-centered in our words, thoughts and actions.

LENT

Yesterday, we all participated in the Ash Wednesday Mass to kickoff our preparation for Easter. Lent is a time where many "give up" things, such as candy, pop, video games, electronics. I challenge all of you to "give forward" this lent. Find time this lent to help someone who is elderly, do an extra chore around the house, donate to your favorite charity or even give a little extra to the Church, if you are able. These ways of giving forward is just another way we can give thanks to the Lord for all of the sacrifices that have been made, including the Crucifixion.

I pray that you have a wonderful Lenten season and look forward to celebrating at Easter.

HAIR VS. BEARD CHALLENGE

Mr. Wiegmann challenged Cooper Peters this year to a Hair vs. Beard 3 Point Contest. The winner gets the accolades of winning, and the loser had to either shave their beard (Mr. Wiegmann) or cut their hair (Cooper).

It was a tremendous competition, and came down to the final shot, with Cooper winning 3-2.

Mr. Wiegmann as promised shaved his beard today.
