Capco's 24-Hour Treadmill Challenge

Join us as we raise money for the charity Room to Read

The NA Wellbeing team, in conjunction with Corporate Social Responsibility, is taking on a unique challenge. . .

We are organizing a 24-hour Treadmill Challenge in New York, DC, and Toronto in order to raise money for Room to Read, a charity that builds schools, establishes school libraries, publishes local-language children’s books, trains teachers on literacy education and supports girls to complete secondary school with the life skills necessary to succeed in school and beyond.

Participants will run or walk consecutively for 24 hours to raise money and awareness for Room to Read. The Capco team will aim to raise funding (with Capco matching) for a school to be built for children in Puttalam, Sri Lanka, an area where literacy rates for girls fall behind that for boys by 19%.
