Message From the Principal
Dear CTA Goodman Families,
We have developed a plan for you to come and pick up students’ personal items that were in their desk, return library books and books from the classroom on Tuesday, May 12, 2020, and Wednesday, May 13, 2020
• Please read the information below carefully so you can plan for this pick-up.
• Please come to Goodman at the time assigned to your Last Name.
Last name Begins with A-L
Come to CTA Goodman
Tuesday, May 12, 2020
- 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
- 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Last name Begins with M-Z
Wednesday, May 13, 2020
- 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
- 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
When picking up items please follow these guidelines:
• Eastside Student Drop-Off and Pick-up driveway will be used.
• Please have a sign in your front passenger side window with your students' first name, last initial, grade, and teacher's name.
• Example of Name Sign (Lisa G, K, Smith)
• Stop 1: Library Book Return and Instruments
o Place books in box and instruments on the curb
• Stop 2: Teacher Books
o Place books in box
• Stop 3: Staff Member will need students' first name, last initial, grade, and teacher name.
o Staff Member will let you know what cone to drive up to.
o Families are to stay in car for picking up student material. Staff will approach the car to place student materials in the trunk or hand through a window maintaining a safe distance.
The safety of our CTA Goodman Families and Staff is important to us!
• Staff will be following the CDC guidelines
• Please be patient as you wait in our line. We will do all we can to be quick in distributing items.
