Character Counts
Pillar Pride is our campus initiative that fosters positive school climate through the Pillars of Character. The Pillars of Character are: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship. Each six weeks a character trait will be highlighted and teachers elect students for displaying that character trait. This six weeks the character trait is Caring. Teachers are asked to elect a student who is kind, compassionate, express gratitude, forgives others, and helps people in need. Our first Pillar Pride students will be honored at our awards ceremony on Friday, October 12th.
