Parent Eagle Edition

November 7, 2021

Ingram Families,

It seems as though November is going to go as quickly as October did! Our students had a great week last week and we look forward to even better days ahead. This week may be a short week but we are doing big things! We kick off our fall Book Fair, will be sending out Title I and Literacy Night presentations to our families, and we will be emailing report cards. Please look for this information coming your way.

Please remember students have no school on Thursday and Friday. Thursday is Veterans Day and we extend our celebration and honor to all of our country's veterans for the willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good of our country. You are appreciated and we thank you.

We wish you all a wonderful week! As always, we appreciate your support. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions, concerns, or celebrations at anytime. Stay safe and take care!

Arrival and Dismissal Times

We want to make sure all of our students have the on time advantage. Please be sure all car riders arrive to school by 8:00.

Please also keep in mind that dismissal is at 2:30. Please arrive promptly to pick up your child. It is important all students are picked up on time once the school day has ended. The car line is now finished most days by 2:50 and students should not be at school past that time. Please contact the school if you are running late for any reason so we can arrange supervision. Thank you.

We appreciate your support with this fundraiser!

Impact Aid Surveys

Congrats to Mrs. Caines' Kindergarten for being the first class with 100% of their surveys submitted by the deadline! Awesome! We need one for every child so please turn yours in on Monday if you have not already. Thank you so much!

Literacy and Title 1 Virtual Sessions

As we celebrate our Book Fair and our love for reading, we wanted to share important information to you regarding literacy. Grades 1st-4th will be sharing a virtual Literacy Information Presentation with parents this week for you to review. Please watch to learn valuable information about supporting your child's literacy skills! Kindergarten teachers will be sharing this information individually in conferences and fifth grade teachers will provide this information in the weeks ahead.

This week we will also be sharing our virtual Title I Information Presentation to all parents. Please review as well. This will give you information about our status as a Title I school.
