Tech Tip #9: RDS Grade Submission

Gradebook Submission Window Opens October 3

For all schools using a 9 week grading period, the RDS Gradebook Submission Window opens on Friday, October 3 for all schools.

Window Duration:

Elementary: 10/3-10/13

Middle: 10/3-10/14

High: 10/3-10/15

Below is a brief refresher of how to submit grades. Anyone needing additional support, please don't hesitate to ask.

To begin with,

You will need to go into one of your courses. From there change the grading period to Semester 1 Totals. Additionally, make sure you change rom View Raw Scores to View Letter Grades under the View & Order Menu tab.

Click Tools then Submit Final Grades. As long as the column you are submitting is unlocked, you will get a confirmation message that grades were successfully submitted in the unlocked columns.

You will need to complete this process for each Course you give grades. You can double check to see if the grades were successfully submitted by clicking Reports--Submitted Grades Report.
