What is RSI?
Doing an action over and over, typically with hands, to the point that your muscles are used to being in position that they are not comfortable with. Over time, this can cause pain, numbness to the affected area, weak muscles and even swelling.
Symptons
- Cramps
- Pain
- Weakness of muscles
- Throbbing
- Tenderness to the area
- Difficultly doing normal tasks
