Carloop Reminders:
Parents you are all doing a wonderful job with arrival and dismissal!! Thank you for your continued patience! A few reminders to keep in mind are making sure you pull forward at the designated cone to pick up your student. Your Mizehawk should be there waiting for you. If your student is not at the cone we will get your student to you. We need to keep the car loop going at a steady pace to insure all students are arriving and going home safely. If your student needs assistance buckling their seat belt, please pull to the bus loop to assist your child.

If your student has a change in transportation for dismissal, please contact the office no later than 3:00pm. We will not send your student home if we have not heard from you, the parent. Please contact Mize by phone call or email your teacher and/or office to let us know of the change.

If your student is going to be absent due to an illness, out of town or has a doctor appointment please contact the office and/or your students teacher. As a reminder, the daily classroom Zoom is from 8:45am-9:00am and your teacher is taking daily attendance. If your student doesn't check in to the Zoom class, your teacher will mark them absent and the office will call to confirm. Don't forget to sign into Zoom!!

Office Cart:

We understand that assignments, forms, library books, and water bottles get left at home. You are still more than welcome to drop them off! We have an office cart outside our main entrance door for you to drop off your students items. Please let the office know who your student is and their teacher's name and we will deliver it to the proper room. If you have forms to drop off we have a drop box on the side of the entry door that is checked daily.

Thank you, as always for your patience and understanding with us!
