Our Speaker - Iczel Santizo, Co-Founder of Kishe Foods

Iczel’s name comes from “Ixchel” the multi-tasking Mayan Goddess of the moon, birthing, and weaving. Iczel has emulated her Mayan goddess namesake by working into the moonlit night to give birth to “Kishé” in order to weave fairness into our current global trade system. Iczel, and many others believe our world is stronger when everyone is self-sufficient and has the means to stand on their own two feet. However, have you always wanted to help others, but didn’t know how?

Iczel answered her calling of helping others to help as co-founder of Kishé, a social enterprise “Creating Opportunity Together”. We believe that by simply redirecting your current spending, you can make a huge impact. Your purchases of sustainable organic products: strengthen small producers, support hardworking families, and secure indigenous communities.

She invites you to join her, and many others in “Creating Opportunity Together” by hosting a coffee tasting, buying Kishé coffee, and sharing with others. Kishé will begin selling “Woman Grown”, “Single Origin”, and “Reserve” coffee, online and at Farmer’s Markets on November 1, 2013.

Women of Prosperous Hearts

The title of the group came from the book "Prosperous Hearts" by Julia Cameron (author of "The Artisit Way")  which talks about creating a life of enough! We of "Women of Prosperous Hearts" think and feel we are enough! We like to share this with the world around us; our family, friends and communities. Thus we of like minded women meet to support and reinvigorate each other so that we can share our passion for living a life of enough!

Mission Statement

Mission Statement for Women of Prosperous Hearts: “Women of Prosperous Hearts” has been created to support, nourish and inspire women who are longing to start their own business or who have their own business. We will do this by having festive dinners every other month with women of like mindedness in a supportive environment. This will include having Women Speakers who will Educate and Inspire us on an ongoing basis.
Plus we will have a Mastermind Group that meets monthly - based on the principle from the book "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. These Mastermind Group gatherings are designed to support and nourish each woman to manifest and fulfill their dreams!
We hope that each woman is inspired by the support of WOPH's community and in turn will share their unique talents with passion and purpose in their daily lives!
