My Future

Hayden D.

Left Brain

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means I am a strong thinker that is very structured and logical. I agree with this because I am a very analytical person that likes many challenging situations that include lots of problem solving.

#1 Green

I am Green because I believe I am smart, and I need people to know that. I'm a great leader and have to have things go my way. Also a great problem solver and love math.

#2 Orange

I am close to an orange because I always love to do hands on activities. I can always take quick action and have a great sense of humor. I always get the work done and love being a part of special events.

#3 Gold

I share some characteristics of a gold, some being that I love being responsible and being given special things to do. I love to put together and plan out trips.

#4 Blue

I am not a blue because I'm not always the best listener. I do not strive to make everyone at peace with each other and make sure that they are happy.

Decision Making

Analytical Style

When making decisions I tend to follow the Analytical Style. People with that decision making style are intellectual, wants to be able to predict outcomes, completes task by applying rigorous analysis and preparing and preparing detailed plans, motivated by complex situations with variety and challenge, and wants control.Others sometimes perceive my decision making as mathematical, too slow, and over controlling. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for planning or solving complex problems, such as science or engineering.

I am an Extrovert because of my attitude to what is going on around me. I am always thinking about what other things are happening and how the people around me are thinking. I always fall into deep thought about things around me.
