Comparative Poetry Analysis

By Mason Braun Period 5

Introduction

Have you heard about Problems with Hurricanes and Tornado at Talladega? They have different tone, word choice, figurative language, structure, and form. Let me show them to you.

Conclusion

Those are the differences between the tone, word choice, figurative language, structure, and form in the two poems. The different styles create different memories, images, emotions, and understanding. Problems with Hurricanes warns that innocent things can be dangerous sometimes. Tornado at Talladega reminds that there might be a tornado at your home sometime. That is the end of my comparative poetry analysis.
