On February 15, 1898, an explosion of unknown origin sank the battleship U.S.S. Maine in the Havana, Cuba harbor, killing 266 of the 354 crew members. TRACK AND FIELD: Attention all student-athletes wanting to be on the TRACK TEAM...We have finished Pre-season Track Conditioning, Now it's time to start running fast! February is when we begin to bring out equipment and learn some techniques. If you want to be on the track team, get out there now, meet near the stadium flagpole at 3:10. If you are still involved with a winter sport, come see us when your sport finishes. You must have completed sports registration with BigTeams and had a physical.

The Google Form for Community Service Hours is used for the graduation requirement of 20 hours. Any hours in addition to your graduation requirement should be submitted on the Give Back 250 Google Classroom with Mr. Hurtado.

The City of Arroyo Grande is having the first ever Meet the Machines event. Which is a free event where kids can come check out ambulances, police cars, etc. We need help from 8:00 – 12:30 pm that day if you are able to help.

REMINDERS: STAFF: Wear your ID when on campus. Also, Continue to be diligent about proper mask wearing in the classroom. Refer any issues to grade level admin.

TEACHER PARTICIPATION: As case managers and counselors are setting up meetings with students with Fs, it is absolutely vital and expected that all teachers participate in IEP, 504 and SST meetings. It is imperative that you provide your feedback and participation...a sub can be provided if needed, just let the case manager know. Please indicate on the calendar invite why you can’t make it if you decline.
