Congratulations to our students who placed in their individual events. We finished 2nd overall in District.
Our 6th graders had a lot of fun learning about speed, force, and acceleration. Mouse trap cars for the win!

Our morning announcers are the best. They do a great job reading the pledges and announcements every morning.

Ongoing Announcements
1. 2022 STAAR Scores are available online for all students at www.texasassessment.gov. All you need to view your student's STAAR scores is their social security number and birthday.
2. Each week our teachers post their lesson plans to our website. The link to the lesson plans is under the parents heading on the bottom left of the main middle school page. Click here to be sent directly to the weekly document.
3. Our cafeteria staff works hard each day to provide delicious and healthy meals to our students. The menus for breakfast and lunch may be found by clicking here.
4. Attached at the bottom of this newsletter is a copy of our bell schedule for the year. We kick off the day at 7:45 with 1st period. We invite students to come into the building as early as 7:15.

Accessing Online Report Cards and Online Student Grades
When you access your Parent Portal account, there will be a green “Report Card” button. Click on this button to view your student’s report card. Each child that is linked in Parent Portal will have this green button. After opening up the report card, it will be available to print. There is a “Print Screen” button in the upper right hand corner if you would like to print a paper copy.
