What is the purpose behind the Virtual Day Quince?

The purpose is to celebrate young women as they turn 15, by focusing on our cultural traditions. This celebration has a twist, as it focuses on positive change, well being, life goals, and other important topics.

During the day the students will stop by a location on campus and pick up their box of materials. In the box there is a t-shirt, a journaling book, and several goodies to celebrate them. During this time there will be a photo shoot opportunity, and dessert. There is no large gathering, it is more of a "drive through" style of activity.

Students will return to their homes and log into zoom in the evening to begin the educational portion of the event where we will focus on topics that are important to our youth.
