Save the Date for a Movie Night
What: Movie Night!
When: Evening of Friday December 9th
Where: Beach gymnasium
Who: All Beach students (must be accompanied by a caretaker)
Our BCU and SUN school are partnering together to host this event. More details to come!!
(Reminder) Upcoming Activity for Students- Community Participation Needed
What: During conferences we will have pre-cut stationary available for caretakers to write a message about what makes them proud of Beach students. Messages will be posted in a common space.
If you are unable to attend conferences or are attending virtually we would be happy to reflect your words and make one for you. To share your message simply click HERE. You're welcome to share with others who may want to write a message too!

Fall Conferences
If you have not yet signed up for a conference with your student's teacher, there's still time! The front office is here to help with scheduling and can verify appointment times you have made, if helpful.
Conferences are a time to meet with classroom teachers and specialists to:
Discuss your student’s strengths and challenges
Highlight growth that has occurred
Make goals for the remainder of the year
Ask questions and share noticings
Learn more about the assessment tools we use and how this guides learning/supports
Review reports cards in more depth
Fall Book Fair
Linda Letra Bilingual Books was founded by a local educator and will be a part of our book fair. They will be present with beautiful bilingual books on the afternoons on 11/17 and 11/18, as well as all day on 11/21 and 11/22. All of their books are either bilingual or Spanish.
