Leadership Academy IV Module 5 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Werz Central Office PLC
The 2015-16 Leadership Academy IV is designed to identify, develop and inspire current administrators and aspiring administrative candidates. Module 5 will focus on Fiscal Management and include school accounting practices, school budgets, POs, and clubs, athletics, PTOs and Booster Clubs. This program is open to current principals, assistant principals and teachers who wish to gain further knowledge of leadership roles and responsibilities.
