RMS Grade Level Websites & Homework
RMS staff has put together grade-level sites in an attempt to streamline information for parents.
All of our teachers post their lessons plans (+homework) to Planbook.com. You can access assignments by navigating to the individual class links above.
Lesson plans are updated weekly, however, it is possible things may change as the week progresses due to student needs and unforeseen circumstances. Teachers do their best to keep it up to date.

News from Nurse Taylor
Just a friendly reminder regarding the dental requirements for 6th grade ... The State of Illinois requires all 6th grade students to have proof of a dental exam performed by a licensed dentist and submitted to the school prior to May 15th of the current school year. Dental exams must be completed within 18 months prior to the May 15th deadline. If you are unsure if your child has a current dental exam please feel free to email me at tamos@rivertonschools.org, thank you!
This is a reminder that NO medication is allowed at school without an order from a healthcare provider. This includes but is not limited to any over-the-counter medications including Tylenol or Ibuprofen, allergy medications, inhalers, epinephrine, or glucagon. In addition, all medications that are brought to school must be brought in by an adult. Please note, medication orders and action plans must be updated every school year. If your child had a medication order or action plan on file last school year, it cannot be accepted for the 2023-2024 school year.
If your child has a history of allergies (food or environmental), asthma, seizures, or any other chronic health condition which may require emergency action while at school, please promptly reach out to me so I can clarify if there are any accommodations, medications, or paperwork needed to keep your child safe while at school.
