With options like "Forget me not: 12 principles for making memory work" and "Learn and leverage your leadership style in groups" you're sure to find one that's right for you. Saving your spot in a group fitness class has never been easier than with the MemberMe app for iOS or Android. To learn more stop by guest services at the fitness center. If you think working out should be done without all this technology or if you just don't have a device to download to - you can earn these points by taking one group fitness class anywhere of your choosing: SU, a community center, your place of faith - you name it!
Be a Quitter
12 pointsIf the time is right for you - use the Wellness Challenge to achieve your goal of quitting tobacco. Students have access to cessation (quitting) counseling through CAPS, and can meet with medical provider in the Student Health Center. All members of the SU community (including Faculty and Staff) can stop by Wellness and Health Promotion to pick up a free quit kit so you'll be set for success!
