Welcome Back!
Remember when we thought our biggest challenge was going to be the field renovation?
Oh to go back to those days...
On Tuesday we received word that we will NOT be performing at Football games. This decision was made for a few reasons,
-To control the number of spectators at the event
-Halftime is being shortened
-The Football teams will be utilizing the field during halftime as locker rooms are not being utilized.
Fortunately we are going to be able to perform! (See details below)
We are still working out some logistics regarding seating and will be in touch regarding specifics as we get closer to the date.
In order to have a successful performance we need to bring our cohorts together like we did for Band Camp. Please add the following rehearsals to your calendar:
Wednesday, October 7th Noon-1:30pm
Wednesday, October 14th Noon-1:30pm
It is really important that we have everyone at these two rehearsals. Please make sure they get on your calendar.
These rehearsals will be outside. We will not have building access, please plan accordingly.
I am thrilled that we are able to perform for our best audience, our families!
