Self Care Challenge
A simple approach to practicing self-care
This is a week-by-week roadmap offering suggestions for self-care in 5 unique categories. You can do one activity per day or combine these activities for a more thorough self-care experience. This is a self-guided program. The goal is for each participant to do the activities recommended or choose their own activity from the categories listed below. The goal is to complete at least one item from each category every week for four weeks.
Self-Care
Refill your water bottle frequently. Staying hydrated is one of the easiest ways to take care of yourself.
Detox
No screen time 2-hrs before bed. Choose instead to read, listen to relaxing music, play a board game, or try a new nighttime routine that helps you prepare for a restful night’s sleep.
Declutter
Organize/declutter you workspace or a room at your house to free up some space in your mind and at your desk.
Meditation
