El Proceso de Pensamiento
Every time you have a thought your brain releases chemicals
Steps of The Thought Process / Los Pasos del Proceso de Pensamiento
Step 2: Your brain releases chemicals
Step 3: An Electrical transmission goes across your brain
Step 4: You become aware of what you are thinking
Negative Thoughts / Pensamientos Negativos
Every time you have a mad thought, an unkind thought, a sad thought, or a cranky thought, your brain releases negative chemicals that make your body feel bad.
Think about the last time you were mad. What feelings did you have inside your body?
When most people are mad, their muscles get tense, their heart beats faster, their hands start to sweat and they may even begin to feel dizzy.
Your body reacts to every negative thought
Positive Thoughts / Pensamientos Positivos
Every time you have a good thought, a happy thought, a hopeful thought or a kind thought your brain releases chemicals that make your body feel good.
Think about the last time you had a happy thought (such as when you received a compliment or a good grade on an assignment. What feelings did you have?
When most people are happy, their muscles relax, their heart beats slower, their hands become dry and they breathe slower.
Your body reacts to your good thoughts.
Tu cuerpo reacciona a tus pensamientos buenos.
Thoughts Are Very Powerful! They Can Make Your Mind and Body Feel Good or Bad. / ¡Los Pensamientos Son Muy Poderosos! Pueden Hacer Que Tu Mente y Cuerpo Se Sientan Bien o Mal.

Automatic Negative Thoughts - ANTS! / Pensamientos Negativos Automáticos - ¡ANTS!
Thoughts Are Automatic...BUT You Can Learn To Control Them! / Los Pensamientos son Automáticos...¡PERO Tu Puedes Aprender a Controlarlos!
Think of these negative thoughts that invade your mind like ants that bother people when they are at a picnic. One negative thought, like one ant at a picnic, is not a big problem. Two or three negative thoughts, like two or three ants at a picnic, becomes more irritating. Ten or twenty can cause a real problem!!!
Pensamientos Negativos Automaticos...ANTS
Killing The ANTS! Talking Back To Your Negative Thoughts / ¡Matando los ANTS! Contestando a Tus Pensamientos Negativos
Whenever you notice an ANT entering your mind, train yourself to get rid of it. To do this, write down the automatic negative thought (ANT) that go through your mind.
Then identify what type of ANT it is.
Combat that thought by writing down the opposite of that thought.
