It's week # 7
It's week #7 of Remote Learning at P.S. 229 and the teachers have been sharing that your children are working very diligently each and every day.
Each day they log into Google classroom and enjoy the time spent with their teachers and friends in the virtual classroom.
For me, being a senior citizen the virtual experience is awesome. I grew up with Dick Tracy and his radio watch on his wrist. And what is so funny is that I now have an Apple I watch on my wrist and can even talk into it, like Dick Tracy.
For all of you who do not know who Dick Tracy was, he was a fictional cartoon in the 1960's.
Yes, I said the 1960's - 60 years ago.
Always remember that 229 is a place where your children will find comfort on the days that they may be sad, and find joy every single day.
P.S. 229 - where your children are nurtured each and every day.
P.S. 229 Strong!
