  • Invented in 1930 by Pat Olivieri.
  • Olivieri was a hot dog vendor and substituted beef for the hot dog.
  • It is a long sandwich with thin sliced rib eye beef and melted cheese; normally used cheese is cheez whiz or american and provolone,

Soft Pretzels
