Community Service Hours
I just wanted to send out a reminder that the last day to record community service hours for this year was Thursday, March 31. Log sheets are due to me by Friday, April 8. I will be placing the orders for Presidential Service Award winners on that Friday afternoon – so any hours turned in after that will not receive the certificate and pin – though they will still be recognized at our end of the year assembly! All students that volunteered at least 1 hour will be given an award from me for their service. Feel free to email me the log sheets if that’s easier for you. I have attached a copy of the log sheets for those of you that need a new one. Thanks for providing volunteer opportunities for your children!!!
Reminder of Presidential Service Award Winners:
Bronze Award = 26-49 hours
Silver Award = 50-74 hours
Gold Award = 75+ hours
Warmly,
Mandy Montgomery

APRIL 6--TWO HOUR LATE START
Make Plans Now
The Board of Education approved three (3) delayed start days for the 2021-22 school year. The last delayed start date is Wednesday, April 6. Students will begin school two (2) hours later than normal. Students will need to arrive at school between 10:30-10:40 A.M. with the tardy bell at 10:45 A.M.
Students who ride the bus will simply add two hours to their normal pick up time. For example, if the normal pick-up time is 8:05 A.M., the pick-up time on September 22 would be 10:05 A.M. Teachers and support staff will report for duty at their normal time on April 6. Schools will utilize time with staff for needed training and professional development.

Parent Survey Now Open
We strive to make PRE a safe place for students to learn, and we appreciate the partnership with parents. In order to provide excellence and improve upon our practice, we rely on parent feedback. Therefore, below is a link to a short PRE Parent Survey. It is grade specific, so please select the survey for the appropriate grade level(s). The survey will close on April 8. We appreciate your feedback.
