Newborn is healthy and in good hands. Nurses in level 1 just take care of healthy babies.
Nurses in level 2
In this picture the nurse is checking up on the baby. Nurses in level 2 check upon the unhealthy babies.
Nurse in level 3
The nurses here take more special care of the newborns who are unhealthier and are more at risk.
Advantages/Disadvantages to becoming a Neonatal Nurse
Advantages- Is that I will be able to experience babies first days of life.
-I have always adore and love babies with a passion since I was younger
-I also will be able to help them out.
-I am really interested in getting involved with the medical field.
Disadvantages- there is also some difficult challenges including schedules and health issues and attachment

Educated Needed
In all nursing education programs, students take courses in nursing, anatomy, physiology, microbiology, chemistry, nutrition, psychology and take four years to complete. ADN and diploma programs usually take two to three years to complete. Registered nurses usually take 3 educational paths. A Bachelor's degree,an associate's degree in nursing,or a diploma from an approved nursing program. They must also become licensed by passing a national licensing examination.

Increasingly, management-level nursing positions require a graduate degree in nursing or health services administration.
