Drake or Aubrey Drake Graham was born on October 24, 1986. He was born in Toronto, Canada. He grew up with a and went to a Jewish School because his mother was Jewish. He said it was hard to go to a Jewish school being black. Drake's parents divorced when he was 5 years old, and he was raised by his mother in Forest Hill. His father was African American and Catholic. He was in many commercials when he was younger, including sears and GMC. Drake made his debut on Billboard Hot 100 through "Best I Ever Had", the single in "So Far Gone". Drake says he felt isolated at Forest Hill Collegiate Institute, his virtually all-white high school. It was one of Drake's classmates at Forest Hill who gave him his start in the entertainment industry. All in all Drake is a very talented singer and songwriter.
