the amount of force a muscle can produce. An example is a baby lifting a car

the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time.

the power of moving quickly and easily an example is running through tires or ladders

Balance

an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright and steady

Coordination

the organization of the different elements of a complex body or activity so as to enable them to work together effectively.
