Upcoming Events at MCS

Week of 05/10/2021

Reminder: Bike to School Day is TOMORROW!

Bike to School Day is Tuesday, May 11th. Students are encouraged to bike, walk or roll to school. This event is designed to encourage healthy alternatives for getting to school and moving around the community.

MCS Middle School Open House

On Wednesday, May 12th, we will be posting a Middle School Open House for our incoming 6th grade students. It will be from 9-11AM for any families that are interested in attending middle school at MCS. Teachers will be in their classrooms and will be able to explain their curriculum and classroom structure. Please pass this information on to any outside families that might be looking to enroll for middle school at MCS. We hope to see our current MCS students and families then too.

MCS Fun Run

On Friday, May 21, 2021 the Parent Action Team will be hosting a Fun Run fundraiser for the students at Moscow Charter School. We would love some help making this event fun for the students, any help will be much appreciated. The students will have 30 minutes to complete as many laps as possible around the course set. The lap will be 0.2 miles long and go around the middle school building and all the way to the back behind the MPR building. The funds collected will go to the Moscow Charter School Parent Action Team to help support my school. If $2021 is raised, Mr. B will make a performance dressed up as whatever the students chose!

Pledge forms should have been sent out this week, and will need to be returned to the school office (Caitlin's desk) by Thursday, May 27 with the pledges/donations included in an envelope (remember to add your kid’s name). At the day of the Fun Run the kids will come home with a sticker on their shirt indicating how many laps they did, or you can email the PAT mcspat@moscowcharterschool.org .

Thank you for your support!
