Our Purpose:

Our family has set it sights on making a BIG trip to China in the next 12 to 18 months! We are so excited to introduce the girls to their family half a world away and be reunited with the Xiong clan (if only for a few weeks). This year we have been selling homemade dumplings as a way to help our family reach this goal. Please read the details below if you're interested in adding a little bit of China to your dinner table!

Shrimp & Pork Dumplings

  • order includes 32 handmade, frozen dumplings

Pork & Lotus Root Dumplings

  • I have been unable to find fresh lotus root in the market and will let you know as soon as it becomes available!

Apple Rum Raisin Dumplings

  • Your order includes 24 handmade, frozen dumplings
  • Price: $10.00 (please add $1 per bag for home delivery in the CR/IC area)

Handmade, freshly frozen & delivered to your door!

Cooking Instructions:

Boil 'Em:

  • Bring a pot of water or chicken/vegetable stock to a boil. Add frozen dumplings and reduce heat to med. high. Cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occationally. When they float, they're done!

Pan Fry 'Em:

  • Thaw dumplings overnight in the fridge. Heat 2 T. of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Brown on all sides until golden. Enjoy!
  • For Apple Rum Raisin Dumplings--replace oil with butter

Dipping Sauce Suggestions:

Try a combination of soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, crushed red pepper flakes, minced garlic or minced ginger.
