Major's Moment
Soooo many great things have been happening at, for, and through the church (you) .... It gives us a sense of purpose, accomplishment, gratitude, awe ... However, have you been so wrapped up in serving God, that you neglect being with God? This week has been that way for me! I've been busy working for God and really did put Him on the backburner .. so this week, I've got to ask for God's help to refocus.
I'll keep myself short and let God's work speak ....
Matthew 4:4 - Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'
Psalm 1:1-2 - Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.
2 Timothy 2:15 - Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
Let's dive into God's Word each day this week - the Bible Answer Man often says, "When we get into God's Word - God's Word gets into us."
