Have you ever heard of Rosa Parks? Do you know about the bus boycott. If you didn't, you will learn a lot even if you do know who she is you will still learn allot.
Rosa Parks was born February 4, 1913, in Tuskegee Alabama. When she was two her parents separated. Her father James was a carpenter, and her mother Leona was a teacher, of course she had a sibling,
it was her brother. She had to spend a lot of time in bed because she was often sick. During Rosa"s early life she realized that black people weren't aloud to use the same public pools, restaurants or go to the same schools as white people. When Rosa was young she used to go to awhite school but, they set it on fire. She had no choice
but to go to a black school . When Rosa was 11 her mother sent her to live with herrelatives. Also, her mother Leona
moved the family to Pine Level. In 1914 Rosa earned
her high school diploma.

Rosa was remembered
for not giving up her seat and getting arrested for it!
