AFTER SCHOOL PICKUPS

Late Pickups:

We are seeing many students still left in the building after car dismissal has ended at the end of the school day. We are usually finished releasing all of our car lines by 3:15 p.m. (Thursday, 2:15 p.m.). We ask that you get to school no later than the 3:15 timeframe (preschool we ask that you be in the 3 pm car line).

This especially becomes an issue on Thursday, as teachers are scheduled to be in meetings or collaboration sessions and cannot supervise students waiting on rides.

Supervision Issue:

To help with after-school supervision, all families have the option to sign up for our After-Care Program with the Learn Resource Center! "New Registration" links can be accessed at this link.

Beginning on Monday, March 14, we will begin sending your child(ren) to After-Care if they are not picked up by 3:15 - 3:20. If this happens, you will then be responsible for signing up with Learn Resource Center and pay the initial fee for your child or children.

We understand that sometimes parents run late on occasion, but it is becoming a daily issue. Please consider arranging for an alternative ride for your child if you are unable to pick them up by 3:15 p.m.

Thank you for helping us work out a resolution.

ST. PATRICK'S DAY DRESS DOWN DAY

We will have a $1 dress down down on Thursday, March 17th (St. Patrick's Day). Wear you green and enjoy the day. The donation will help support our Queen of Angels Redeemer Radio pledge. Chris Lushis, Pastoral Assistant, and Mr. Wiegmann will be on Redeemer Radio Shar-a-thon that day from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

2022-2023 REGISTRATION FOR CURRENT STUDENTS AND NEW FAMILIES IS NOW OPEN

Current families should have received an email several weeks ago with links to re-enroll your students for this next school year. If you cannot find this email, please contact our office to re-send those links.

New families are now enrolling, so as classes begin to fill, it is very important to complete your child's registration as soon as possible. This is not complete until you have paid your Registration Fee and applied on FACTS for Financial Aid.

You may pay your $100 Early Registration fee by check or cash in our parish or school office. After April 15, the fee increases to $150.

EUCHARISTIC REVIVAL

Eucharist Revival

The Mission: To renew the church by enkindling a living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist.

The Vision: A movement of Catholics across the US, healed, converted, formed,& unified by an encounter with Jesus in the Eucharist - & sent out in mission “for the life of the world.”

Save the date for a family-friendly Eucharistic Procession and Festival on the afternoon of Sunday, June 19 in Warsaw, IN as our diocese launches the three-year Eucharistic Revival for the Catholic Church in the United States, renewing devotion and belief in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. The procession will begin at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish at 2:30 p.m. with music and prayer before departing at 3 p.m. on a 2.8 mile route, concluding with Benediction and a festival at Sacred Heart Parish.
